Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are securely tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
